Requests to reschedule must be emailed to info@scudocompleteautocare.com with your full name and phone number.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the original booking is forfeited, and a new appointment must be scheduled at the regular rate.

Important: Work begins internally upon receipt of payment, including scheduling, labor allocation, and parts procurement.
This policy applies to services, consultations, and automotive repair packages. Once payment is processed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued regardless of the client's participation or usage.
If payment plans are offered, all payments must be made on schedule. Missed or failed payments result in immediate cancellation of the plan, and the remaining balance becomes due before services continue. Payment plans cannot be paused or restructured once started.
Clients are responsible for approving repair orders and estimates promptly. Delays in approval or response may affect service timelines and do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
